Proven work experience as a team leader or people manager

Manage a team of VIP Account Managers, providing coaching, guidance and training

Manage and build a portfolio of VIP players & develop relationships with those customers through enhanced service and proactive correspondence

Provide detailed reports on your Customer Portfolio to both your line managers and relevant departments within the business

Minimum 5 years of experience, including prior experience within the online gaming VIP space

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships

VIP & Institution Relations Manager, Americas

Form strong relationships with Directors, Curators, Development personnel and patrons of institutions

Attend key international art events in Americas including major exhibition openings and dinners; make regular visits to institutions throughout the region

Lead new cultivation opportunities in order to improve insights and relations

Review budget monthly with Finance Paris and Accounting US to ensure all charges correctly billed and that numbers are on target.

Experience working with luxury brands

Previous experience working in an international environment a plus

Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships

Superior written, verbal and presentation skills

Develop strategies and accompanying budget proposals for initiatives that will increase US visibility while remaining within brand image parameters.

Manage all sample trafficking, messenger services, gifting and showroom inventory

Manage a team of interns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1-2 years of agency experience required

Design and partner with PR manager on events such as product and campaign launches

Develop and manage the overall event processes including concept, décor, VIP, and content needs

Manage production agencies and vendors create events with Pandora’s strategy in mind
