Vip Account Manager Jobs in Florida

Coordinate staffing and logistics for all major VIP requirements.

Plan, manage, and monitor work as well as hiring, communicating, coaching staff, and building relationships.

Proven Hospitality experience in a high volume, fast paced luxury Resort is highly desirable

Minimum of three years relevant experience. Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Oversee the daily operations of VIP Services operations.

Recommend and administer service standards.

Accomplish additional tasks as assigned by management.

Manage the VIP Club, be point of contact for vendors, entertainment, etc.

Weekly meeting with Sales Team, Operations Manager and Concessions Manager.

Communicates pertinent information related to tour VIP events with venue managers and staff

Recruits, interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels and disciplines VIP Premium Services Team to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Organizes and conducts meetings and communicates pertinent information to staff.
