Video Production Seasonal Assistant Jobs

The position allows for some remote work. The exact balance will likely shift from week to week.

Knowledge of film sets & equipment: basic lighting, camera setup and sound recording

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Affects & Adobe Audition)

Attending production sets to help with transportation of equipment and set up of interviews, filming, or sound assistance.

Location scout for interview sets, B-roll, etc.

Pressing “record” on certain devices.

Must have strong editorial skills and NFL knowledge to know what video and soundbites are best to edit

Work closely with the entire NFL GameDay Morning team on a daily basis on show content

Work in edit bays with an editor to cut music videos, promos and b-roll tapes

Run teleprompter during NFL GameDay Morning

Formulate and pitch ideas for show elements as well as segment topics in production meetings

Adhere to established production schedule to meet deadlines

Working knowledge of video equipment, media-management software and post-production environments.

Prior experience or education within video and content production.

General knowledge of football and professional sports industry.

Exceptional communication skills, proven track record of maintaining consistent communication with team members.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and to work effectively under deadlines.

Attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Shoot live video content including postgame media availabilities and press conferences

Strong knowledge of social video concepts and trends

Must have a working knowledge of wireless audio

Degree in video production, journalism, communications, or media-related field; or at least one (1) – two (2) years of experience

Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere (or related video editing platform), After Effects, Audition, and Media Encoder

Must have a demo reel that demonstrates both editing and shooting experience

• Manage related administrative components including shipping equipment, production scheduling, project tracking, processing invoices, etc.

• Own and manage the end-to-end, external digital communication processes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience with audio/video production, advertising and marketing coordination activities

• Experience developing and delivering creative solutions that strengthen the brand distinction

• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of desktop communication tools/technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.)

Assist in management of camera and grip equipment, including cleaning, organization, and repairs

Assist in media management for individual projects including media offloading and duplication, footage syncing, footage organizing, and archiving

Experience working on video projects

Experience working in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Premiere

Experience managing projects in Slack, Frame.io, and Vimeo

Prepare camera and grip equipment for use on set

Manage and submit expense reports on a weekly basis.

Manage vendors, invoices and payments.

Very strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Broad knowledge of film production techniques and procedures.

Knowledge of film and music video industry and history.

Experience as a Camera Operator, audio engineer, teleprompter operator, and stage manager

1 year of relevant work experience preferred

Experience using NLE editing software (Final Cut Pro preferred)

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Respectable verbal and written communication skills.

Must have at least one (1) year related work or volunteer experience

Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Broadcast News, Film, or related
