Provides regular status updates to senior management and other key stakeholders on sourcing initiatives, market analytics, and cost saving strategies.

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA/CPSM/CPIM preferred.

Manages existing relationships with strategic suppliers to create a mutually beneficial supplier partnership while meeting or exceeding overall business objectives.

Provides frequent and clear feedback to direct reports, offers clear direction, and ensures direct reports are sure about their goals.

Manage traffic, warehousing, and trucking teams.

Develop warehousing capabilities, physical and systematic, that improve cost and service level to customers.

Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and optimal utilization, proactive reporting on slow moving and obsolete inventories.

Prepare warehouse and warehouse employees with adherence to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.

Leads discussions and responsible for conducting periodic key business reviews with corresponding levels of management within the manufacturer community.

Responsible for all associate relations functions for department staff including hiring, terminating, performance management, development and training.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to communicate with supplier partners, customers, associates and management

Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions

Insures that all financial analysis such as cost/benefit, risk/reward, etc. are utilized to determine the optimal deal structure with the manufacturer.

Strong leadership skills and excellent facilitation skills.

Experienced in building products for both ecommerce and brick and mortar retail globally, familiarity with regulatory requirements a must.

At least 5 years of experience managing supply chains and multiple vendors.

Managed and negotiated terms with vendors.

At least 5 years of experience turning ideas into physical products

An excellent project manager with a love of turning complicated, multi-stakeholder projects

Experienced in component sourcing, optimizing BOM pricing, etc.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and finance, to identify sourcing needs, define specifications, and establish supplier requirements.

Implement best practices in strategic sourcing, including vendor selection, evaluation, and performance management, while continuously driving process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven ability to develop and execute effective strategic sourcing strategies, including contract negotiations and supplier performance management.

Oversee and manage a team of approximately 50 indirect reports, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across sourcing activities.

Proven management and leadership experience within distribution environment, preferably in food service distribution or franchised QSR industry

Collaborate with functional areas throughout the company including finance, legal, and operations

10+ years of Logistics or Distribution experience

8+ years experience in a strategic, senior leadership role

5+ years experience with a food service distributor network

Experience in a high growth brand a plus
