Act as a global education management partner

5-7 years of global education training in medical skincare, retail, etc. Sales experience is a plus.

Proven record of a minimum of 5 years’ experience developing educational program content and training.

Create globally relevant medical education materials that align with brand objectives.

Foster an engaged international community through regular touch base calls, sharing best practices, and facilitating knowledge exchange.

Implement an assessment program to ensure the retention and practical application of product knowledge.

·Provide hands-on management of key accounts as needed.

·World-class leader and manager with high EQ and outstanding team building, communication and collaboration skills

·Experience in leading a skincare education team/incentive

·Bachelors in Business Management, Master’s degree in business administration is preferred.
