Proven record of a minimum of 5 years’ experience developing educational program content and training.

Create globally relevant medical education materials that align with brand objectives.

Foster an engaged international community through regular touch base calls, sharing best practices, and facilitating knowledge exchange.

Implement an assessment program to ensure the retention and practical application of product knowledge.

Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management

Experience motivating, communicating, and driving high levels of accountability in a remote-first environment

Experience driving measurable outcomes in customer retention, customer satisfaction in a high volume, multi-product customer environment

Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices 

Ability to synthesize information and create a vision for staff and customers, exceptional communication and presentation skills.
