Experience in facilitating effective, collaborative work teams involving individuals of diverse backgrounds required.

Leadership experience in the formation of highly productive and collaborative relationships with multi-disciplinary teams, physicians and other healthcare providers required.

Job Summary - Vice President, Quality, Safety & Experience - Corewell Health East

Must meet all DMV requirements listed below.

Five years acute care clinical experience.

Minimum three years hospital/medical staff/QI leadership experience.

1-3 years applicable experience designing and developing Performance Improvement solutions to impact business results required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to negotiate difficult situations and achieve optimal outcomes required.

Must have effective group presentation skills.

Minimum of 15 years of progressive responsibilities in areas of field safety and health program management.

Coordinate with Risk Management to develop policies reducing the enterprise's safety exposures.

Degree in Construction Safety Management or equivalent training.

Knowledge of all OSHA and Cal OSHA and the ability to research standards, answer specific questions, and solve safety issues.

Manage and develop safety staff.

Manage the job site orientation process regarding safety.
