Thorough knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, application, database, security, and telecommunications architecture designs, integration, deployment, and management.

Must have knowledge and demonstrated experience of relevant legal and regulatory requirements for information security and privacy protection laws.

Advanced experience in vulnerability management, intrusion management and/or their components.

Actively participates in recruitment, hiring, performance management and coaching of staff members of Information Technology and Electronic Health Records departments.

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.

Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements for health care systems (HIPAA, PHI, HL-7).

Excellent writing and presentation skills, experience developing and delivering client presentations and new business pitches.

At least 10 years of experience in consumer tech and/or gaming PR, messaging, product launches, content marketing, event support and more.

Gaming experience (PC, console, mobile, title promotion, etc.) a must; metaverse experience is a preferred plus.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment; results driven with ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines.

Proven leadership experience, mentoring and developing junior talent.

Digitally savvy, personally and professionally; you understand that any client program should be rounded out with social elements in today’s world.

Implementing best practices for project management, security, data integrity, reporting, and integration.

Ensuring the continued stability and reliability of FORMA’s NetSuite ERP system (by working with the relevant internal NetSuite-management staff)

Understanding and helping develop the company’s broader business goals and translating them into actional IT priorities and responsibilities.

Owning initiatives to manage and securely maintain company networks, workstations, POSes, and software systems.

A minimum of 10 years of IT experience

Demonstrated leadership in a retail/ecommerce-related IT environment, including hands-on knowledge of data pipelines, ERPs, product fulfillment, and ecommerce.

Responsible for managing the planning, implementation and risk management related to IT applications (back-end), IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, technology operations

Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following academic fields: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems.

A minimum of 6 years progressive IT leadership experience with successful career progression.

Experience with the selection, implementation, and maturation of EMR and CRM systems or comparable business applications.

Experience managing and securing a Cloud environment.

Experience in selection and implementation of desktop and network security and infrastructure.

Director / Vice President Product Management.

Review and manage product backlog priorities.

Develop an in-depth understanding of client product requirements, workflows, strategies and processes.

Work with release and QA managers to define successful UAT and measurable release criteria.

Conduct and manage competitive product analysis.

Build and maintain well-defined product requirements from multiple sources and stakeholders, including user flows, wireframes/layouts, design, and core/functional specifications.
