Minimum five years of NFL or Major College instant replay experience, having consistently met performance standards throughout.

Excellent teaching and training skills.

Attend and assist with overall planning & organizing of NFL Officiating Clinics

Meet and provide guidance to NFL replay officials on NFL Officiating rules and policies.

Participate with CBA required feedback on performance to replay officials and assist completion of year-end assessment of replay officials.

Direct experience with donor solicitations from both foundations and individuals including initial communications, presentations, proposal development, and relationship management.

Expertise in current fundraising techniques and major gifts fundraising, including use of donor and client management databases.

Manage and cultivate current donor relationships with high-level foundation staff and high-net-worth individuals.

Train staff in development policies and practices in compliance with legal and organizational requirements, including the team’s CRM, Salesforce.

Significant experience in the political fundraising space is a plus.

Exemplary oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work on multiple tasks in parallel

Prior experience in restaurant, hospitality, consumer and/or retail industry sectors highly desirable

Additional experience in real estate also desirable

Develop proposals for philanthropic support and fee-for-service offerings.

Demonstrate success in securing 6 and 7-figure philanthropic support. Preference for significant experience with major individual donors.

Knowledge of Federal, New York State, and New York City affordable housing programs and the development process is a plus.
