Vice President Of Finance Controller Jobs in Illinois

Develop internal controls guidelines, policies and procedures for accounting operations, cash and credit management, financial reporting, and annual budget.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field: master’s degree or CPA certification preferred.

Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and have strong time management.

Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risk to support the company’s strategy.

Manage and oversee all aspects of 3rd party agents and intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Manage and oversee accounting operations, including G/L and balance sheet reconciliations.

Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders.

Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improving profitability and cost management.

3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with exposure to financial reporting and analysis.

Assist the Controller in managing day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles.

Detail oriented with strong organization and management skills;

Oversee and improve the companys financial management and internal control systems;

Strong Excel skills as well as experience with other Microsoft Office products;

Knowledge of and working experience in the futures industry, FCM financial operations and solid understanding of applicable regulations;

Education background: Master Science Degree in Economics, Auditing, Finance or other relevant majors or above;

Communicate with parent company and manage monthly consolidated accounting reports;

Advanced interpersonal, management and organizational skills are necessary.

Vice President Finance, Medical Groups

Communicates with and acts as staff to Medical Group governance including the Finance and Strategy Committee.
