5+ years of experience in vendor management (preferably within mortgage servicing or mortgage banking)

Coordinate and perform service provider reviews that comply with LoanCare’s vendor performance management program

Escalate critical issues to management, as required

Perform business unit compliance testing to ensure client/investor/state requirements, internal policies/procedures, and other guidelines are adhered to

Previous audit, compliance or quality control experience preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management; experience performing both detailed and executive-level documentation

Comprehensive knowledge of third party and information technology risk management processes and methodologies

Industry recognized third party risk management or vendor management certification

Experience using third party risk management /Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems

Currently hold or quickly obtain industry recognized third party risk management or vendor management certification

Strong project management skills (organizing, planning, reporting, documenting, driving tasks to closure, etc.)

Candidates with experience in Cyber Security and Privacy services are highly preferred.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or other relevant fields. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2+ years experience reviewing vendor risk assessments..

Skills and expertise in Vendor Risk classification and due diligence standards, monitoring, measurement and analysis.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Prior experience supporting a high growth company.

Demonstrated experience with Archer Engage and/or other vendor management software for tracking and managing the vendor management lifecycle.

Manage vendor risks as defined by the Technology Vendor Risk Management process and procedures

Guide business units, application development teams, and third-party vendors to achieve program requirements while enabling the business.

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience

2-3 years of experience in relevant field

Skilled at managing issues through to resolution

10 or more years of work experience in risk management in a corporate environment or at a property/casualty brokerage firm

Strong knowledge of technical and practical aspects of risk management and corporate insurance

Bachelor’s degree or higher in risk management, engineering, finance, or related field

Strong written communication skills, including the ability to explain financial issues clearly

Experience with managing a corporate captive insurance company

Handle Windsor & third-party vendor questions on third-party vendor management platform

Assist with new user set up on third-party vendor management platform.

Assist Asset Management with RCP reporting.

To be considered for the Project Coordinator (Vendor & Risk Management) position, you must have the following:

3 Years of Industry experience (Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device), 2 of which have been within Project Coordination

Experience supporting an IT Department and/or IT Vendor Groups

Provide day-to-day oversight and management of the vendor management program to ensure adherence with requirements throughout the vendor lifecycle.

Lead, provide training & guidance and monitor adherence with vendor management policies, procedures, and tools.

Has a deep understanding of best processes & practices for vendor management programs, including assessing and evaluating third party risk.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (primarily Access, SharePoint & Excel) and experience with using relational databases/tools.

Provide leadership and support for managing and meeting regulatory obligations applicable to benefit administrators, insurance companies and financial institutions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline preferred.
