Experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS/SASE/cloud/managed/on-prem offerings is a plus

Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions

Conducting discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of your prospects and customers

Planning and building compelling technical and business-focused solutions which drive adoption and growth after the initial sale and across the portfolio

BA/BS or experience accepted in lieu of degree

9 or more years of experience

It is required that the Systems Engineer have the following qualifications

TS (SCI Eligible) and Secret

10+ years of IT Experience

Experience with Virtual Servers and Storage Area Networks

Experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS and DHCP

Experience with Microsoft 365 Services

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

One-year related business experience with PC experience preferred

Assists other operators and associates as necessary. Performs special projects.

Restock Date Center supplies and monitor inventory.

Monitors equipment repairs. Cleans equipment and contacts vendors as necessary.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Experience with system management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Red Hat Satellite, etc. preferred

Establish and maintain working relationships with end users, vendors, and managers

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience required

3+ years of work experience with IT administration/operations required

Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux operating systems required

Improve internal process via automation and scripting

3+ years of experience in WMS engineering, preferably in ecommerce

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM)

Integration technologies (e.g., APIs, EDI)

SQL, Python, and/or Java for customization and reporting

Process mapping and optimization techniques

Broad experience applying effective analytical and problem-solving skills to moderately complex problems.

Participate in the requirements definition, analysis, design, implementation, debugging, testing, and optimization of autonomous systems.

Engage team members frequently to share relevant knowledge, opinions, and recommendations.

Fundamental knowledge of electric circuit design and engineering hardware design.

Fundamental knowledge of one or more of the following programming tools: C, Python, MATLAB, Java, or C++.

Ability to effectively manage concurrent technical tasks with competing priorities and meet deadlines that are important to project success.
