Performing system engineering activities and assisting in the preparation of work products in Technical Process Areas associated with ISO/IEC 15288.

Assisting in performing systems engineering activities in the ISO/IEC 15288 Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas.

Analyzing technical alternatives for a project and making preliminary recommendations.

Writes clear requirements and manages requirement databases to maintain baselines and provide bi-directional traceability.

Defines and documents requirements based on customer or internal documentation.

Executes design, analysis and development of engineering projects.

Assesses design alternatives to identify optimum system designs.

Establishes performance criteria for designs.

Acts as a technical consultant on engineering specialty for anyone who needs the service.

Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience 10 years of related professional information technology support experience

Under minimal indirect supervision and or direction, performs work that is varied and that is difficult in character involving responsibility

Recognizes processes with needed efficiency enhancements and develops and leads plan for remediation

Maintains understanding of current Database/SAN/System industry standards and applies them to daily work

Mentors and leads departmental activities to maintain industry standards
