Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Entertainment, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong project management skills, including organization, planning, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in event management software, multimedia tools, and other relevant technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative entertainment experiences that align with our brand identity and objectives.

Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and market trends to tailor entertainment offerings that resonate with diverse demographics.

Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and artists to source talent, props, and equipment needed for successful entertainment experiences.

Coordinates with HR, PEME and Travel departments regarding travel, sign on, sign off, medical and risk management issues.

Attention to detail, time management, and teamwork are the main components of this role.

Three or more years of experience in one or more of the following functions: work force planning.

Diplomacy and relationship building skills preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and written skills.

Review staffing par levels to anticipate and prevent shortages and select appropriate replacements within strict timelines.

Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail

Administrative support for the Disney Character Event management team

Knowledge of Walt Disney World property and property-wide Entertainment offerings

Knowledgeable decision-making within the scope of the role

Knowledge of Character Use Guidelines, Character Department Operations

Knowledge of Character STCU agreement
