Valet Services Attendant Jobs in Nevada

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field

Manage all personnel functions including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, termination, payroll and recruitment.

Two (2) years of related experience

Two (2) years of hotel/casino supervisory experience

Three (3) years of Front Services or related experience in major hotel/casino operations

Computer knowledge and skills, including the Hotel system

Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills

Must have strong leadership skills and outgoing personality

Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the Wynn standards of service with guests and coworkers at all times.

Attends required training classes and incorporates new standards, service knowledge and safety into daily work practices.

Awareness of guest experience at all times, smiles and makes eye contact and communicates professionally.

Responsible for delivering and maintaining the Forbes 5-Star level of service.

Tower Traffic Attendant is responsible for directing, monitoring and screening traffic.

Assisting in guest taxi and limo requests at the Tower Suites driveway entrance.

Previous experience performing same or similar job duties preferred

Previous experience working in a team or group environment

Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner ensuring the utmost in vehicle safety

Greet guests upon arrival and answer questions they may have, including information regarding property products, services and/or events

Assist guests in and out of their vehicles, as necessary

Verify with guests if they are checking-in while inquiring if assistance with luggage is needed
