Job Description

Summary:

Park and retrieve vehicles for hotel/casino guests in a safe and efficient manner. Greet and welcome guests to the property, assisting them in and out of their vehicles, as necessary. Transport guests with company vehicles as needed.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
  • Greet guests upon arrival and answer questions they may have, including information regarding property products, services and/or events
  • Ensure property driveways are kept clear and clean
  • Ensure vehicles are locked and secure while in the possession of the property
  • Verify with guests if they are checking-in while inquiring if assistance with luggage is needed
  • Assist guests in and out of their vehicles, as necessary
  • Accurately issue tickets, ensuring the guests’ keys are properly logged and secured
  • Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner ensuring the utmost in vehicle safety
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
  • Work in the Key Booth as needed
  • Walk around the vehicle and document any existing damage on the key packet
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage for guests, as necessary
  • Drive the company shuttle and other vehicles to transport guests or team members as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience performing same or similar job duties preferred
  • Previous experience working in a team or group environment
  • Verify right to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to write legibly on a consistent basis
  • Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions
  • Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Able to effectively and safely drive all vehicle types, including both standard and automatic transmissions

Work Cards

  • Valid driver’s license in your state of residency
  • 10 year DMV print out
  • Alcohol Awareness


Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
  • Frequently bending, twisting, standing, walking, running, sitting, and communicating via radio
  • Constant use of vision and hearing, and distinguishing between shades of color
  • Occasionally reach, climb, and squat
