Follow directions of Maintenance Manager and Supervisor.

Other duties deemed necessary by the Maintenance Manager.

Comply with all general Plant rules on conduct & attendance, safety rules.

Receiving, distributing & sending information to the Maintenance crew.

Keep all records traceable in filing for certain period of time as required.

Order new parts as required (Issued P/R).

Experience in Parts / Service industry with particular emphasis on coordinating service responsibilities with service technicians and parts personnel

Incumbent managers and reports to customer details of their comprehensive preventative maintenance plan

Incumbent will make constant recommendations and suggestions for merchandising programs also the benefits of preventative or full maintenance agreements

Must have very dependable computer skills and be able to work with web base program

Must have mechanical aptitude or experience in the forklift or other related fields

Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role preferred

Pay- $21 to $26 hourly, based on experience

Partner with Vendors and Recon Managers

3+ years of automotive dealership parts experience

Knowledge of auto parts, automotive systems and tools.

Responsible for organization and planning of all assembly parts, both production, and service.

Responsible for kitting and staging all parts, whether fabricated or purchased, on the appropriate assembly bin prior to assembly start.

Responsible for entering the data for all fabricated parts into the system on a daily basis to check for completion.
