Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Program Manager (PM) shall have ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in Program/Project Management.

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or a relevant discipline is preferred, but not required.

Must possess a valid state Driver’s License

Must complete an evasive driving training course provided by the Government.

Support the EGEA leadership team with overall management of the Division;

Maintain EGEA electronic and hardcopy files and provide recommendations for records management improvement

Manage process for soliciting and tracking EGEA TDY requests from Missions (e.g. UTRAMS), including TDYer reports and mission feedback.

A Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of relevant work experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work in a dynamic team environment with a diverse set of partners and stakeholders.

Experience in written and oral communication involving coordinating, negotiating and motivating individuals to take action.

A GIS shapefile with building footprints in selected areas of Haiti

Creation of a GIS shapefile with building footprints in selected areas of Haiti

Other tasks as necessary and feasible, if the analyst is available

Strong background in GIS systems, either ArcGIS or QGIS

Masters’ degree or higher (or currently working towards a Masters’ degree) in relevant discipline

Integrate approaches into the program cycle in coordination with an Activity Manager from the Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment Hub

Share relevant knowledge from gender integration best practices from the mechanism

At least 8 years of experience in gender equality, women’s empowerment programming, and gender integration

Demonstrated experience with gender-sensitive performance monitoring including but not limited to development of gender-sensitive custom indicators, indicator reviews, and trend analysis

Demonstrated experience designing and implementing monitoring plans, learning agendas, and/or evaluations

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and engage effectively in a team environment

Experience in land management, private sector engagement, finance, energy, biodiversity conservation, and deforestation, preferable.

Provide support for USAID’s Climate Risk Management Policies.

Bachelor’s Degree with at least three (3) years of relevant experience.

Technical expertise in international development, project implementation, and climate change, including knowledge of the USG’s international climate programming.

Excellent research, analytical, writing and organizational skills. Ability to write succinctly and to produce documents quickly.

Help Missions support Administration climate priorities in their programming, including implementing the USAID Climate Strategy.

JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

Knowledge of records management laws, regulations, rules, policies and procedures.

Knowledge of the principles and concepts of information governance of various phases of records and information management.

Knowledge of the complete records process and content management framework.

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years’ relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Create and manage a dynamic team of technical experts to implement USAID’s Digital Strategy.

Manage the project budget, including expenditures and allocation and/or reallocation of funds as necessary for the accomplishment of project goals.

Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience managing USAID activities, including donor funded grants and contracts.

Proven experience building and managing dynamic, flexible teams, preferably on global projects.

Demonstrated experience promoting a culture of evidence use beyond just delivering MEL/CLA services.

5 years of relevant project management experience

5 years of capture and proposal management experience

Works with the proposal manager to establish the desired proposal themes, key issues, and messages.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Supports contract and subcontract negotiations with client peers.

Assists in identifying opportunities, assessing the competitive environment and implements winning strategies oriented toward capturing a specific business opportunity.
