DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE *

Balances books, prepares deposits, and accounts for cash, handling and counts money accurately and in a timely manner.

An Assistant Bookkeeper identifies bookkeeping errors made by others; corrects them and provides retraining.

THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT/GRAVEYARD SHIFT POSITION.***

A Freight Crew Stocker will maintain proper methods of product handling, case cutting, price marking, rotation and display of merchandise

Meet productivity standards by achieving cases per man-hour and price changes per man-hour goals

A Freight Crew Stocker helps maintain a well-stocked store through an effective control of inventory

Ensure that all price changes are completed legibly and accurately

Follow all company policies, programs and procedures

Three years general office or two years Administrative Assistant experience.

Two years Customer Service experience.

Strong telephone and face-to-face communication skills

Must possess strong problem-solving skills

Have three to five years experience in a Utility Field Operations environment

Have two or more years experience as a Group or Administrative Assistant

Schedule and manage subcontractors to make designated warranty repairs

Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of related experience

Plan and direct construction activities on the building site

Complete each home site on schedule from planning through occupancy, ensuring all contract obligations are satisfied

Approve work being performed by subcontractors and handle any related issues

Authorize payment of subcontractors upon thorough inspection of work

Flexible scheduling- GREAT position for college students

Part-Time 15-29 hours/week with the ability to move to full-time long-term

Starting pay $16.50/hour with the ability to make up to $17.00/hour after training

Graves starting pay $17.50/hour with the ability to make up to $18.00/hour after training

1-2 years of sales experience is strongly preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.

Experience with insurance is a plus!
