5 years of experience in communications role or industry, specifically experience in a corporate role within a large organization, preferably retail 

Experience with Canva or HTML Coding/website building and design preferred

Writes, edits, gate-keeps and delivers content on behalf of business partners

Coordinates and participates in cross-functional teams to deliver needed communications on a project basis

Assists with the creation and execution of Communications processes, procedures and style guides

The organization is effectively running IT Service Management capabilities (Incident, Problem, Change, Vulnerability Management, etc.)

Management and oversight of Legal and Compliance requirements and configurations for messaging and communications systems for Journaling and eDiscovery

Manage the departmental budget and forecasting. Product life-cycle management.

Proven ability of maintenance and change including patch management, vulnerability management, change management, problem management, application testing, packaging and deployment.

Experience with maturing operations and engineering processes, documentation, monitoring capabilities and queue workflow

Effective operational support of Managed Service Providers for the Unified Communications Tower

Technical knowledge and experience of CISCO routers and switches

Assist in analyzing converged network traffic and reports to management on results.

CCNA, CCNP or equivalent training, education, and 1 year working experience

-Experience building presentations for C-level execs and story telling the information in those presentations

-Experience presenting on data and insights

-Experience with the G-suite for presentations as well as Powerpoint

-Experience working in an agile environment

Five (5) years of recent full-time Telecommunications experience or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

Five (5) years of recent full-time System Administration experience or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

Salary is commensurate based on qualifications and relevant experience up to $90,000.

Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.

Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.

Cloud Architecture Certification (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or strong architecture experience on Cloud a plus

Builds strong partnership with engineering to ensure proper alignment of skills with technology direction

Bachelor’s in technology related field or equivalent with 5+ years of technology Architecture experience

Organizational and transformational experience in an agile operating model

Insurance technology experience a plus
