Overview Trust and Safety Investigators are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of customers, employees, and the public. They investigate and analyze suspicious activities, investigate complaints, and take appropriate action to protect the safety and security of the organization. Detailed Job Description Trust and Safety Investigators are responsible for conducting investigations into suspicious activities, complaints, and other potential security threats. They analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and evaluate the credibility of information. They also develop and implement security protocols and procedures, and work with law enforcement to ensure compliance with regulations. They may also be responsible for training staff on security protocols and procedures. Job Skill Requirements Trust and Safety Investigators must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must also be able to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations. Job Qualifications Trust and Safety Investigators typically need a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security, or a related field. They must also have experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field.
