Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy or an operational or growth role within a technology company

Manage Trust operational performance, conduct in-depth analysis, and develop deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities

BA/BS degree in engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science, business or relevant work experience

Highly analytical: You’re analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models.

Define goals and key performance metrics for key Trust areas

Experience in one or more of the following areas: business administration, finance, workforce planning, business information systems, acquisitions, and human resources.

Experience and knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting and trend analysis.

Assist in developing, coordinating, and improving procedures and reporting within the organization to meet JPL’s administrative and business requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve sophisticated issues.

Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of applicable Laboratory and/or NASA policies and procedures, and government regulations and exposure to JPL’s Institutional business processes and architecture.

Enhance our operational workflows via process improvements and identification of automation opportunities

Translate business processes into system requirements and/or development of systems solutions

Analyze new business requirements, assist with the feasibility of enhancement requests, system functionality, current system use, and user needs

Assist in developing workflow documentation and wireframes and help translate requirements to user stories

May develop instructional materials, training and job aids in the form of Knowledge Base Articles

Familiarity with ServiceNow capabilities, business processes, and workflow

Experience with enterprise applications and understanding of database-driven applications
