7+ years of big box or large multi-unit retail management experience.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

5+ years of multi-store management at a District Manager or multi-unit level.

Academic retail experience is a plus.

Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

Maintains cleaning supplies and equipment; notifies management concerning need for repairs. Qualifications

Act as a brand ambassador when discussing Kroger's Seamless Experience and delivery process with customers

Garbage Truck experience a PLUS!!!

In this position you will be operating a garbage truck on a specified route.

This is a position requiring regular heavy lifting and climbing in and out of the truck.

This position will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously serving customers.

Valid Class A or B CDL

10+ years’ experience leading Engineering or Operations, including people management and budget responsibility.

A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering or relevant discipline is desired, MBA is a plus

Experience building and leading Operations programs and teams; experience in capital equipment, or complex systems manufacturing is desired

Understanding of and experience with cGMP regulations as pertains to suppliers to the Bioprocessing industry

Ensure optimum utilization of overall capacity within the facility and drive processes to improve the team’s productivity.

Establish and review KPIs thoughtfully to gain insights into the team’s performance and inspire operational excellence through continuous improvement.

Cannabis Industry experience is preferred.

Must live in or near Pompano Beach, Florida

Must have a spotless driving record.

Ability to drive for up to (8-12) hours at a time, 40 hours a week.

Experience: 2 years relevant experience in XRAY and MRI and musculoskeletal imaging

Prior Imaging supervision experience preferred

Prior experience in a orthopedic physician office setting preferred.

Manage the job site from inception through completion.

Communicate effectively with owners, construction managers, other superintendents, and project managers to ensure appropriate progress

5+ years of construction superintendent experience

Experience building ground up multifamily projects of at least $10M
