Treasury Services Implementation Analyst Jobs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Utilize creative problem solving and solid decision-making abilities to deliver business driven results

from analysts into associate project managers/onboarding specialists

Prepare client engagement materials (e.g. project plans, meeting minutes, agendas) and create a shared master tracker for VP global mandates

Update the implementation target dates and comments based on one-on-one meetings with VP International Onboarding Specialists

Collaborate with the international coverage teams on behalf of the VP being supported to establish clear implementation details

Knowledge of treasury management and banking products and services.

Monitor remote deposit customers who exceed their daily depositing limit and obtain necessary approvals.

Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related discipline.

4-7 years banking experience working in Stores or other customer contact position.

Possess strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of treasury management and banking products and services.

Required Work Experience and Education

Monitors training attendance to help project leadership determine topics and frequency of scheduled offerings to clients

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

1+ years' of relevant work experience

Motivated self-starter that is eager to learn new skills and technologies

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of cash management products, processes, and industry knowledge

At least 1 year of Treasury Management Operations experience

2+ years of Treasury Management Operations experience

Acting as a subject matter expert, provide feedback and advice on modifications of Treasury Management Products

Will work jointly with Treasury Management Sales on deals prior to sale commitment

Operate independently and exercise professional judgment in making decisions that impact the client experience

2+ years of experience in the areas of implementation, project management, sales or portfolio management required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Perform requirement gathering, documentation, communication, and attend recurring meetings to meet program goals as required by product and implementation type

Accurate and proactively provide program updates to customer and internal account manager

Time management and organizational skills

Support change management for all vendors within the global procure to pay system.

Successful candidates will possess the following skills/capabilities:

Preferred intermediate to advance SAP knowledge - Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger

Collect required information for new vendor onboarding and provide bank verification for electronic payments.

Validate all incoming invoices through the OCR tool daily.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field required or equivalent work experience

Proven solid organizational skills – able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

1+ years of Bank Account administration experience

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Proven excellent communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills

Experience in MS Visio and Access
