10+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a focus on creative and strategic influence

Outstanding portfolio demonstrating a broad range of design and product strategy across web-based applications, consumer experiences and mobile products

Experience driving product design for end-to-end programs and a strong understanding of user-centered design processes in agile, cross-functional teams

Work within a single product vertical, partnering with Design leadership to ensure a cohesive broad view across the product portfolio

Drives creative development and execution of product design work across the Collectibles team

Contributes to departmental planning and budgeting, helps shape and implement team priorities, and supports project deadlines

Highly developed project and change management skills.

Strong PC knowledge including related PowerPoint/Excel/ Microsoft Project/email skills.

Proven experience and deep understanding of online bookings tools (primarily Concur).

Strong analytical problem solver combined with written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience relating to the creation and delivery of business process strategies for large global clients.
