Travel Scheduling Agent Jobs

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Time Travel Scheduling Agent to join our team at our Belton, TX office.

• Communicate with vendors to ensure clients' needs are met during travel.
• Monitor flight itineraries and make necessary changes to ensure timely and efficient travel.
• Utilize Concur to ensure all travel arrangements meet company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings, expenses, and reimbursements.
• Stay up to date on travel industry trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with the most current information.
• Manage and book all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services.
• Research and recommend cost-effective travel options to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their travel arrangements.

• Choice of working 9:00 AM to 6 PM or 10:00 AM to 7 PM
• 1 Hour Lunch Break

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in travel scheduling and booking
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other travel-related software programs
• Preferred experience using Concur to manage travel arrangements
• Familiarity with travel regulations and industry trends
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
