Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

General data entry, tracking, internal correspondence, and overall support to existing onboarding Advisor firms.

Create, manage, and update individual project schedules.

Maintain strong relationships with BSP Regional Director(s), Relationship Manager(s), Associate Relationship Director(s) and Service Manager(s)

Experience working with RIA’s and Independent Financial Advisors.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.

Relevant experience (see Qualifications below).

Exercises independence and applies good judgment in developing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders in the international crisis operations community.

United States Citizenship is required.

Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with the Selective Service.

All candidates selected for these position will be subject to random drug testing once they begin working for the Agency.

Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer is required

Expert AON PSS; Minimum 3 years of patient service specialist experience required

Job Duties Common to all stations:

Expert in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.

Responsible for overseeing training of staff from various locations, both in person and via webinar.

Will be expected to assist in other areas when requested to ensure a smooth transition.

Occasional travel, including extended stays out of state will be required.

Provide or coordinate consumer education and staff training on substance abuse issues and other needs as they arise.

Identify and develop a safety plan to address any imminent safety concerns

Clearance by the NYS Justice Center through fingerprinting for a Criminal History Records search.

Clearance by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services for instances of child abuse and/or neglect.

Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodations required by federal, state, or local law.

Experience leading financial management activities, including target-setting, in line with strategic objectives.

Conducts business and technical briefings for senior and top management and for external representatives.

Leverages matrixed capabilities to maximize client satisfaction, quality of delivery and business growth.

Builds and manages an effective and efficient portfolio team focused on high quality financial performance, and client relationship development.

Proven experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, including problem-solving complex project issues with client relationship in mind.

Understanding of the competitive landscape in the Portfolio and experience working in Climate, Energy, and Environment required.

Must have one-year home health experience or one year of hospital case management experience.

Current BSW, MSW, LPN or RN license in the state of service

Reliable means of transportation and must have current driver’s license and auto insurance

Face to Face documentation must also be obtained and communicated to appropriate agency.
