Track Marshals also provide assistance to drivers in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. Detailed Job Description Track Marshals are responsible for ensuring the safety of race participants and spectators at motorsport events. They are responsible for monitoring the track and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. Track Marshals also provide assistance to drivers in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. They may also be responsible for providing medical assistance to injured drivers and spectators. Track Marshals must be able to identify potential hazards on the track and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of all participants.
