Knowledge of database management systems such as Sybase, Oracle and/or SQL Server and SQL scripting

Knowledge of facilitation techniques in discussing requirements

Knowledge of Business and Requirements Analysis.

Working knowledge of the Agile SDLC and how business requirements are translated into user stories.

Skilled in eliciting business and technical requirements

Skilled in communicating complex design and technical issues, as well as writing business cases and product requirements

Assist with additional tasks that are asked by management.

Adapt coursework to assist various learners so that they are able to experience the same learning opportunities as others.

Master’s degree required, preferably in higher education, psychology/sociology, counseling, public health, or a related field.

Experience and confidence with presenting to large groups both in-person and virtually.

Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with individuals and organizations.

Current TIERS and Eligibility Workload Management System (EWMS) experience is required.

Experience which demonstrates skill in communicating verbally and in writing required.

Meet agency performance standards for case processing and benefit authorization.

Experience working in a professional customer service environment required.

Preferred experience in evaluating case records in relation to agency standards for quality and timeliness.

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
