Experienced in inventory management process and procedures

Management of Insidesource and customer owned inventories to include the overall whereabouts and software database accuracy

Create, maintain, and manage inventory reservations

Strong product knowledge of major furniture lines, especially Allsteel

Remains abreast of relevant industry-related and state-mandated laws and regulations, analyze their impact and make recommendations to operations and management.

Performs related duties as assigned while providing operational support to local management teams.

Works collaboratively with all levels of the organization including entry level and management personnel.

Prior experience in compliance, PX, legal, and/or regulatory affairs preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)

One or more years of experience in sampling aerospace related commodities with knowledge of sampling equipment or related experience.

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical fluid, pneumatic, hydraulic, cryogenic, and hypergolic aerospace systems.

Repair, maintain, set-up, purge and prepare sampling equipment for certification and calibrations.

Must be able to pass the following KSC-provided physicals

Possession of/ability to; qualify for Florida Commercials Driver’s License, Class C

Keeps self-current with laboratory trends and techniques, including biosafety and IATA 1.5 diagnostic shipping training and certification.

HS/GED + 3 years laboratory experience in academic, industry, clinical, research, or veterinary lab.

Prepares protocol specific, visit specific, collection materials and delivers for next day usage to location customers.

Processes routine liquid preparations and also has the potential to support more complex preparations with some degree of supervision.

Prepares shipments of biological samples for external central labs and other vendors that are performing offsite analysis.

Collects, organizes and files protocol specific data on a weekly basis.

Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in Creative/Commercial team, preferably in Product Design, Product Development, Promotions, Merchandising, Entertainment, and/or Licensing industry.

Knowledge of Mac OSX, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to efficiently work with all levels of an organization, in a fast-paced environment, managing global relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working remotely as part of a wider team.

Train licensees/partners in the use of our creative assets and approval systems.

Experience in higher education including Student Records, 5 years minimum preferred

Monitor/audit data entry as appropriate

Troubleshoot user errors and issues

Monitor and set-up of processes

Maintain and update data tables

Establish training materials and facilitate training

Obtaining and maintaining a firm understanding and knowledge of state-specific statutes relating to title

Frequently contact Title Forward employees including Closing Specialists and Closing Coordinators to clearly articulate title requirements and work towards their resolution.

Industry Experience: Experience in related fields such as title, mortgage underwriting, law/legal, or real estate are ideal for this position.

Reviewing abstracts and identifying the title issues needing additional information or resolution

Coordinating with team members to ensure applicable fees are added to appropriate settlement documents

Ordering payoffs for liens and judgments, including but not limited to mortgages

Work with employees, management, union representatives, and hearing officers to facilitate the proper resolution of grievances and sexual harassment complaints.

Previous exposure to or experience in the education sector a plus.

Bachelor's degree and three to five years of related work experience.

Experience working with sexual harassment complainants preferred.

Highly effective written and verbal skills to communicate factual and procedural information.

Excellent fact-finding, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. Skill in managing high volume of documents and inquiries.

Skills to handle conflict resolution situation and coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues.

3-5 years of professional payroll experience

Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills

Experience using ADP and SAP

Run a salary and hourly payroll and support the HQ payroll team with other pay groups as required.

Excellent written and verbal skills

Inspects sample sites and perform repairs or upgrades as needed

Flush distribution systems and maintain system flushing records; respond to inquiries from customers related to water quality

Operates and maintains chlorine pumps

Monitors and records chlorine residuals throughout the distribution systems

Monitors and records overall operation and security of well sites
