CANDIDATE MUST HAVE SOLAR OR RENEWABLE ENERGY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Identify trends across customers and work with management to provide top-notch solutions

1-3 years of data entry experience

Import, clean and maintain large amounts of data/information

Correspond directly with vendors to ensure incoming information is accurate

Identify trends with vendors and their products

Communicate with internal decision-makers to ensure that projects are completed by deadlines and according to plan

Minimum 3 years of prior work experience preferred with a background in sales/client service and project management a plus

Participate in meetings with Bankers to proactively manage deal pipelines, identify opportunities and potential roadblocks that need to be addresses

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Strong capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution

Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint

Execution and oversight of Investment Banking transactions across Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Lending

Establishing and maintaining strong vendor relationships and collaborating to improve product offering

Must possess strong written communication skills

Previous experience in eCommerce retail and fashion

Provide the highest level of customer service to our internal customers

Proofing, editing and a strong eye for detail

Work with Coordinators and Management to maintain recording fee and vendor order chart used by lenders and closers.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

1 - 2 years related experience and/or training; and 6 months experience or training with Loans PQ

Perform vendor orders such as titles and appraisals and follow up to ensure timely receipt.

SaaS administration experience, including identity management, troubleshooting and vendor engagement.

Deployment of WB Games New York workstations and software as well as management of their patches and security updates.

Assist with the management of the central SCCM environment and take ownership of SCCM maintenance for NY endpoints.

Experience with automated software and OS deployment; anti-virus deployment and remediation of vulnerabilities.

Manage the Active Directory group membership and provide day to day troubleshooting as needed.

3+ years of experience working in a similar position in a corporate enterprise environment.
