Manages assigned work to meet a professional level of execution, on-time and to the customer satisfaction

Regularly provides input on development and training needs of the branch

Assists with the identification of material needs required for service delivery

Provides consultant level services for customers related to building system repairs and enhancements

Ensures ultimate customer satisfaction levels with assigned customers

Utilize knowledge bases and other resources to find solutions and workarounds.

Act as a subject matter expert in specific areas and provide knowledge transfer to other team members.

Handle more advanced technical issues that cannot be resolved at the tier 1 level.

Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical problems reported by customers.

Collaborate with Tier 3 and Tier 4 technicians to resolve escalated issues.

Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components.

Remotely program engine control units as requested by channel partners for replacements, CM&U upgrades and overhauls

Self-Starter: willingness to work remotely

Focused role for support of customers in power generation applications

Coordinate the return of parts from the field for analysis

Provide technical data and information to channel partners and customers

Enter quality issues in the QC tools and participate in review meetings

+ Manage work queues for incidents and changes

5-10 years of professional experience with significant experience in a technical domain.

Experience leading technical projects a plus.

Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.

+ Serve as a technical escalation point for networking, systems, and cybersecurity incidents.
