At least 1 year of technical sourcing experience (agency or internal) using Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other search techniques
Proven organizational skills, attention to detail and able to prioritize in an environment with many competing demands
Experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Build a pipeline of top candidates from a variety of sources (E-mail, Specialized Job Boards, etc.)
