Technical Project Program Manager Jobs in Illinois

Project management experience that includes full lifecycle software development using industry best practices and methodologies, including agile, hybrid and waterfall.

Adhere, and contribute to, the unabated optimization of the project and program management standards, processes, and governance, including tools and reporting.

Develop and execute organizational change management plans to ensure the seamless adoption of new systems and processes.

Scrum or SAFe Agile certification and PMP or Prince 2 Certification. Prefer experience as an agile coach.

Mentor, train and coach less experienced team members on standards, processes, and tools.

5+ years of relevant experience

Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies

Experience serving as the liaison with key stakeholders across the organization

Experience and familiarity with agile software development methodologies and lifecycle

Experience with agile, product, and DevOps theories, principles and practices

Effective written and verbal communication skills to a wide variety of audiences (executives, engineers, third party vendors, end users, etc.)
