3-5 years’ experience in Product Development or Project / Business Management in Financial Services Industry

Program management experience and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile, and Kanban preferred

Management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, digital, or similar experience preferred

Facilitate all cross-product, stakeholder and senior management communication forums and approvals processes

At least Five (5) years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology or software development

Partner and provide regular updates to senior management on program progress, risks, and issues, and escalate critical items as needed.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science) or related experience.

Responsible for driving innovation and creating real-world solutions to complex problems.

Flexible in operating both Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on the type of initiatives.

The typical pay range for this role is:

Acquire comprehensive operational knowledge of Tesla's supported products

Manage tickets across multiple systems to remain current on changes, resolutions, and emerging issues

Attain a thorough understanding of cross-platform capabilities in relation to proprietary ticketing and technical applications

Experience in data analytics and/or data science is advantageous

Thorough knowledge of professional Microsoft tools including Office, Power Automate, PowerApps, and PowerBI

Experience with neural network logic development and/or maintenance is a plus
