3+ Years of similar Help Desk or Desktop Support experience

Proven experience in creating pre-recorded video-based training materials.

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

Familiarity with mobile devices, particularly Android, and some knowledge of Apple devices

Become an expert in sour software application systems

Create engaging training videos and concise documentation for our software application platforms.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology or a related field

BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred

5-8 years of experience in information technology or a related field

Software installation and support of commercial software and related upgrades

Update solutions database with applicable resolutions

Problem solving, hardware/software installation and configuration based on computing standards, and client support for all network and desktop

3 yrs customer service experience in a professional environment

2 yrs of clerical duties in data entry and troubleshooting

Ability to speak and understand English

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
