3 years working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, including experience in soliciting requirements.

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

Two (2) years of experience as a Data Analyst in an Enterprise environment.

2 years expereince with ServiceNow, with preference toward specific hands-on knowledge of Performance Analytics dashboard and report development and maintenance work.

Two (2) years of experience developing dashboards using data reporting tools (Tableau, ETL)

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Including dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements.

Experience gathering and translating business requirements for small to medium initiatives.

Business and requirements gathering around requests for time and pay related initiatives.

Prioritizing requirements based on business and technical needs.

Utilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirement alignment sessions.

3+ years of business analyst experience.

Accounting or Business Administration/Finance degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Coordinating efforts between accounting & finance, engagement, and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data

6+ years’ payroll experience (performing all payroll functions)

Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is ideal

Experience with Microsoft Excel analyzing data (creating formulas: V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.) is required

Ability to manage a high-volume workload without sacrificing quality

Well defined strategic skills in business planning and goals along with people management skills.

Manages the requirements for the patron assessment and design.

10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Manages relationships with with multiple Area Presidencies and Senior Brethren

Provides strategic leadership for multiple areas and Area Managers 1 and 2

Manages genealogical record content prioritization, negotiation, acquisition, and publication.

Have 1-3 years of experience with project management, data management, or administrative duties.

Have excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines on different timescales.

Are comfortable with data management systems and spreadsheets.

Coordinate scheduling of fellow meetings, track fellow attendance, and maintain accurate records of fellowship requirements.

Are comfortable working in a hybrid remote/in-person team environment.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong ability to collaborate remotely with other team members and stakeholders in a high-velocity environment

Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non-technical terms and stakeholders

Use data visualization, statistics, and storytelling to effectively answer open-ended and vague business questions

Consultative approach to continuous improvement with an ability to communicate data into relevant insights for leaders

Strong technical background in data visualization tools like Tableau, you know statistics, SQL, and data instrumentation

A data-driven approach to surfacing delivery risks, gaps, and opportunities for automation and improvements in efficiency
