Perform other duties assigned by the Tasting Room Manager
Having some background and knowledge of the wine industry to educate and talk with people.
1-3 years retail sales, food & beverage service and / or hospitality experience preferred.
Provide outstanding customer service to all guest while describing the wines, winemaking techniques and winery history to guest.
Cultivate long term relationships with customers and club members to keep the coming back.
Be comfortable asking for the sale and having the ability to operate cash registers / POS systems
