Brewery Representative - Tasting Room

We're adding to our brewery tasting room team! We are seeking a part-time employee for our unique brewery located on Austin's east side. The position entails ensuring our customers have a great experience tasting and learning about our beers. An ideal candidate is great with people, an excellent communicator, creative, and detail-oriented. The main focus is our customers, our beer & brand, and tasting room upkeep. We are a small team and look for people to grow with us so the position may evolve into something more. If you are interested in getting your foot in the door you may find yourself helping with marketing, data analysis, beer production, sales, event planning, art projects or management.

Starting requirements include:

-Computer proficiency-specifically Google Workspace

-Well organized with excellent multi-tasking skills

-Cool under pressure

-Availability Wed-Sun (weekend availability critical)

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and stand for 8 hours

-A keen taste for sampling alcoholic products for quality control

-Ability to speak to and lead large groups of beer drinkers

-TABC certification
