Advise executive management on legislated requirements for appointment of EE candidates to obtain BBBEE points.
Design and conduct relevant management training to understand the legal implications of the recruitment process (CS Training, Certification & Com-pliance nationally).
Reporting to management and other stakeholders to ensure transparency of the appointments and promotions in Diplomat.
Internal feedback sessions coordination & input for Junior & Snr Management positions.
SLA Management with relevant depts. HODs.
Management of team individual performance, quarterly iPlan reviews & individual development.
