Overview The Talent Intelligence Partner is responsible for providing data-driven insights and analytics to support the organization’s talent management strategy. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Human Resources teams to identify, analyze, and interpret trends in talent acquisition, development, and retention. Detailed Job Description The Talent Intelligence Partner will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive talent intelligence program. This includes gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, such as job postings, employee surveys, and performance reviews, to identify trends and insights. The Talent Intelligence Partner will also be responsible for developing and delivering reports and presentations to key stakeholders, such as the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Human Resources teams. Additionally, the Talent Intelligence Partner will be responsible for developing and maintaining a talent intelligence dashboard to track key performance indicators. Skill Requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
• Knowledge of talent management processes and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
