Talent Experience Director Jobs

Strong knowledge of human resources practices and systems, including full employee life-cycle management; volunteer management a plus

Leads volunteer lifecycle management to include recruitment, retention, engagement, event staffing and recognition.

Supports talent management to prepare for and enable future growth

Manages compensation and benefits program for staff

Maintains and develops the performance management process, including performance evaluations, 360 feedback, performance improvement plans, and terminations

Oversees hybrid office management operations for the Chicago office, plus one field office in Peoria

10 years of experience in Human Resources/ Organizational Effectives/Organizational Development preferred.

Proficiency Directing Associate Experience Programs preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Human Resources, Communication or Related Field required.

Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) preferred.

Other: Organizational Development Certificate preferred

Experience presenting and evangelizing org wide change management initiatives to executive leadership

Define and evangelize an engineering experience communication cadence

Collaborate with internal teams and partners to build out our strategy and programs around engineering experience

Serve as the subject matter expert and servant leader on engineering experience

Spearhead and administer engineering experiences that engage engineering teams

Align the engineering experience with our Elevating Engineering themes

Leadership, management & teamwork skills, with a track record of meeting objectives, delivering results and managing recruiters of varying levels.

Exceptional client or senior stakeholder management as well as project management skills.

Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think on your feet and work as part of a team.

Strong problem solving abilities whilst delivering a prestine white-glove service to all clients.

Previous experience as a Talent Director within an embedded talent business preferrable, but not essential.

Classroom teaching experience (K-12) or Nonprofit experience with program/project management or change management training.

Advanced time management and execution in dynamic high-demand environment.

Establish credibility as the case expert to support teacher/student understanding and implementation through comprehensive, detailed knowledge of the case unit/package.

Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills

Teaching or training experience preferred

Facilitates Customer Service meetings with property management teams & team members; motivating continuous improvement directed toward enhancing guest experiences.

Leads management and/or team member training related to Service Culture.

Uses analytical skills to understand the correlation of service components that impact the customer experience.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Executive Management / GM.

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook); iCIMS and Ultipro experience a plus.

Set community engagement goals and manage and execute community engagement programs and events in close coordination with the Executive Team.

Follows best practices when using CRM and other Sales tools in order to manage the Sales and Buyer cycles

8+ years of applicable sales experience

Experience with SaaS opportunities and Salesforce.com platform

Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions

Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills

Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results

Vendor management experience and ability to partner closely with Finance on workforce/hiring planning

Extensive leadership experience of delivering on projects and programs, while leading complex day-to-day operations.

Vendor management experience and ability to partner closely with Finance on workforce/hiring planning

Acts as a liaison and fosters communication between departments, committees and leaders within the organization and organization regarding projects and programs.

Maintains ongoing interaction and follow-up with clinical, functional and administrative business leaders.

Performs research, and analysis to supplement and assist initiatives, projects and program.

Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
