Overview Talent Acquisition Business Partners are responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. They work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to source and attract the best candidates. They also manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviewing, onboarding, and training. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
