Ensure all hiring managers are educated and equipped to use our recruiting and hiring tools as intended

Write and deliver offer letters to chosen candidates

Manage the consistently effective process of announcing new hires

Strong project management, and prioritization skills.

Experience in implementing talent management programs and an understanding of unique organizational needs informed by strong data analytics mindset.

Strong interest and capability in talent management and development.

Develop and manage relationships with business leaders, C-Suite executives, and all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated strong teamwork, collaboration, and cross-cultural skills.

Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
