Establish a rapport with hiring Managers allowing for an efficient process to identify and hire required talent

Validate candidate credentials and effectively complete “offer” determination and finalization process

Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple recruitment requisitions across various portfolios

Demonstrated ability to manage online professional networks, social media, and job boards to develop qualified talent pools

Demonstrated knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Zendesk ticketing experience is a plus.

Experience creating reqs and positions in Workday.

Experience standing up and creating new processes is a plus.

Instead of certain managers or groups creating their own reqs – this resource will create the reqs for everyone.

Looking for someone who has experience creating reqs and positions in Workday.

Will become a SME for process.

Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices

Delivers and negotiates job offers to candidates

Two or more years of experience as a Recruiter- agency experience strongly preferred

Experience in a technical or VMS recruiting environment strongly preferred

Experience with full-cycle recruitment process, including applicant tracking

Knowledge of social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

Requires six months to one year of human resources or office assistant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
