5+ years of broad human resource management experience

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Excellent leadership competencies and organizational skills

Strong command of Microsoft Office, database software and digital skills

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Develops annual budgets for mass donor acquisitions and donor management.

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) desired with a concentration in business, nonprofit management or similar from an accredited college or university.

Partners with Major Donor and Foundations Team to ensure a congruous strategy and consistent experience as donors increase their giving.

Experience in donor development, particularly with annual fund or mass donor strategies.

Minimum 5 years’ related experience in donor development strongly preferred.

Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising/leading a business team.

Create, align, and effectively cascade talent management strategies that create a WOW employee experiences and develop capability to support business success

Proven experience deploying change management practices across enterprise wide culture initiatives.

Provide innovative thought leadership and strategic direction to develop comprehensive learning, talent, and performance management plans to meet human capital needs

Proven ability to design and implement a full-cycle performance management program.

Demonstrated results in executing end to end program management.
