Experience and ability to generate field reports of a technical or operational nature, detailed daily record keeping and reporting

Partner with Regional Service Managers and Service Managers to identify deficiencies and development needs within their region(s).

Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated confidence and professionalism in working in a customer-facing role.

Graduation from high school or equivalent and an Associate Degree in Automotive Technology from an accredited institution or equivalent experience preferred

3 - 5 years of experience in engineering shop and/or dealer shop environment, 5+ years in the automotive industry preferred

Provide firearms training and qualification for staff members and others as may be assigned.

Use a computer and applicable software to update and maintain records for staff qualifications, weapons maintenance and inventory.

Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and schedules regarding training, qualification, weapons maintenance and other information as necessary.

Design and implement integrated training programs in collaboration with senior leaders.

Operates, demonstrates, and provides instruction on a variety of weapons including shotguns, handguns and patrol rifles.

Incorporates new and advanced training aids into existing programs as appropriate.

Applicable Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Tactical Wheeled Vehicle maintenance experience preferred.

Must understand and be able to use technical manuals and schematic diagrams

Field of Expertise: Mechanical inspection, maintenance and repair of tactical/commercial vehicles and equipment

Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently

Firm knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and patient education,

Delivering course content via lecture, interactive activities, skills stations, and training scenarios, tailored towards non-medical adult learners,

Supervise skills stations and training scenarios, providing guidance and correction as needed,

Applying advanced medic skills to support training of personnel deploying to potentially austere environments,

Maintaining current knowledge in the subject matter area and staying abreast of effective teaching and adult learning strategies,

National certification in respective field (NREMT-P, combat medic, or equivalent),

Minimum of 3 years of experience in parts and supplier management preferred in relevant fields (ex. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering)

As necessary, allocation management for capacity constrained suppliers
