Utilizing data mining techniques, tools, and interpretation of raw data to perform comprehensive analysis identifying hidden fraud patterns and recommending solutions.

Create strategic or technical written reports and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Continuously assess and enhance existing data analysis processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Apply knowledge of analytical systems and visual link analysis charts to reports.

Use knowledge of structural query language to present tables in relational databases

Education or experience in facilitation, conflict management, or related discipline

Education or experience in development or administration of training activities

Strong oral and written communication skills

Develop solutions for data extraction, aggregation, and quality checking in collaboration with program data stewards.

Assist data stewards to define, select, and apply retention policies for each registered data asset {ACA

Develop and implement a robust reporting suite enabling management to make objective, data-driven business decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Design, Computer Science.

Work across utility function to define and develop analytics and reporting requirements for the various onboarding and entitlement reviews.

Experience in visual information design and interactive visualization development.

Working to advanced knowledge in presentation frameworks such as MS PowerPoint.

Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
