Interprets test data and checks results against specifications, test procedures and data sheets to determine proper functioning and quality of product.

Designates rework instructions where necessary and retest work after rework.

Two-year degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.

2+ years of RF microwave test experience.

Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.

Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.

Adjust and replace defective or improperly functioning circuitry and electronics components, using hand tools and soldering iron.

Write reports and record data on testing techniques, laboratory equipment, and specifications to assist engineers.

Knowledge/experience with AN, MS, MP, and Swagelok fluid connections

Knowledge/experience with cryogenic systems (gaseous and liquid)

Knowledge/experience working with electrical components and systems

3+ years of experience in mechanical fabrication

Skilled with mechanical hand tools

Experience lifting, rigging, and preparing for heavy crane operations of complicated parts

Safely conduct effects tests, following all government requirements and protocols.

Ability and willingness to adhere to government safety requirements.

Experience with AFRL effects testing labs and range sites on Kirtland AFB.

Collaborate with scientists and engineers to understand and implement effects test setups in laboratories and in field settings.

Acquire test data and perform quick-look analysis to confirm that test parameters, such as power on target, are met.

Assess target damage during and after test series and report findings to engineers.

Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizational secondary accountabilities

Experience with multiple volume production environments

Experience handling electronic components, using ESD practices

Experience in the safe handling of chemicals

Experience in the use of various computer applications, such as MS Office or Labview

Experience with multiple ERP (electronic records program) platforms is beneficial

Manages the evaluation of design and requirements for test parameters.

Prepares weekly project status to upper test dept. manager/upper management.

Demonstrates solid knowledge of the configuration process, software download process, and upgrade process, especially as they related to specific project requirements.

Manages the definition of the project test environment, test configuration. Demonstrates excellent skills in using trouble shooting test equipment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages the preparation of a test plan and procedures based on the design parameters to be verified.

Time management skills and ability to work in a high pressure, live broadcast environment

Liaising with officials, broadcasters and Hawk-Eye staff, both on-site and remotely

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the set up of the video and injury review systems

Conducting pre-match checks of the systems in accordance with standard procedures

Prefer two-year technical degree or 2+ year’s professional or military experience related to operation, testing or repair of electro-mechanical equipment.

Troubleshooting experience with electronic and electro-mechanical equipment is highly desired.

Duties require performing visual inspection on all product lines.

Duties require standard product testing.

Duties require reporting discrepancies on failed units.

Verbal and written with other manufacturing departments.

3 years of related experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience

Knowledge of basic rigging and can operate equipment (Forklift, Crane, AWP, etc.) and specialized hand tools/ power tools.

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Two or more years of experience assembling, and testing oilfield equipment preferred

Knowledge of oil& gas field components preferred

Build, repair, and/or test a variety of new and older products using standard and/or non- standard tools, equipment, and procedures.

Assist with technical assistance to customers with problems requiring intimate technical knowledge of systems and products.

Working knowledge with Personal Computers and high-level languages such as Pascal, Basic, “C.”, C++.NET, and LabView.

Working knowledge with Programmable Logic Controllers and Ladder Logic.

Working knowledge with PC communications Protocols ie Modbus, TCP/IP(Internet Protocol). Familiar with SQL and Access Databases.

Knowledge of Positive Displacement, Turbine and Ultrasonic flow meters, provers, meter proving, instrumentation and Metrology.

Inspect the software code to assure it meets standards and product specifications.

Experience with electronic assembly and test in a medical device industry preferred.

Experience in troubleshooting equipment, building and or testing of electronic assemblies

Working knowledge of IPC standards and use of complex tools and equipment specific to functional areas

Experience in GMP, ISO, and FDA controlled environments preferred

Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume)

Perform preventive maintenance on AV systems.

Troubleshoot systems to component level.

Replace or repair cables, jacks and other needed components.

Replace defective hardware, make necessary adjustments to restore system to full functionality.

Knowledge of basic metal testing fundamentals a plus

Experience with tensile testing a plus

Experience with basic hand tools, power tools and shop equipment preferred

Operate Divergent’s standard tensile and fatigue test systems used for material quality control and characterization

Perform system checks and periodic maintenance as required

Follow the Divergent Manufacturing Execution System and ensure proper documentation of all work performed

Experience creating and maintaining procedure documents

Solid communication and problem-solving skills, ability to understand complex systems and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

Experience with standard electrical test equipment; e.g. DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies

2+ years of related work experience

Set up, conduct, and document results of calibration procedures on assembled systems

Problem-solving skills and decisive knowledge of appropriate testing methods.

Experience working with analog and digital circuits

Minimum 2 years experience as a production test technician, product tester or similar role.

Experience with industry standard testing equipment and software.

Associates degree or equivalent certified technical degree.

Proficiency in testing to documented procedures and protocols.

Possess technical skills and abilities to work in a team environment with minimal amount of supervisor instruction or direction.

Minimum 1 year of experience operating non-automated Stand-alone test equipment.

Minimum 1 year of experience with electronic measurement and test equipment.

Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting fault isolate complex electronics systems.

Test and troubleshooting experience of advanced Electronic Systems (i.e. Electro-Optical Guidance Systems, Radar Tests and/or RF Seeker).

Work with Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing, vendor and customer representatives during definition, buildup, testing, and acceptance operations.

Between 3 to 10 years of experience performing the duties described under “Responsibilities”

Document any defect found during testing using the Defect Management Database

Develop/manage system and Operational Flight Program (OFP) requirements

Investigate defects/discrepancies and document them as System Anomaly Reports (SARs)/Software Trouble Report (STRs) and enter into Defect Management System (DMS)

Review technical architecture documents, design and user documentation, product specifications and requirements; identify documentation defects and suggest corrections

Develop systems and software test procedures, write test plans, and create test cases based on requirements and design documentation
