CONTRACT TEST TECHNICIAN

Pay Range:
The pay range for this Washington-based role is $28.00 - $40 per hour. Exact compensation offers will vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Job Summary:

MicroVision has an immediate opportunity for a Contract Test Technician. You will work as part of the manufacturing team supporting calibration and end-of-line testing of our automotive lidar product. This position is at our Redmond facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up, conduct, and document results of Validation tests on assembled systems
  • Communicate with engineers when identifying failures
  • Set up, conduct, and document results of calibration procedures on assembled systems
  • Set up, conduct, and document results of functional tests of systems and subassemblies

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills, ability to understand complex systems and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience following written procedures
  • Experience creating and maintaining procedure documents
  • Experience with standard electrical test equipment; e.g. DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of related work experience

You must live and reside within a commuting distance from MicroVision's headquarters in Redmond, WA.
